RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY.
All unworn purchases may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Stockings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time. Returns processed at a online store will be credited directly to your bank account after the package arrived at our facilities.

2.Check out the confirmation email.(You will receive a confirmation email within 12-24 hours.)
3.Pack the unworn/unwashed/unused item with all its original packaging, your Gopinkpony ID(or your name) and your address.
4.Ship it to the return address below within 7days.
- Exchange instructions
1.Contact us first for the exchange item.
2.Check out the details for exchange through your email. (You will receive a confirmation email within 12-24hours. We will state the redelivery cost and issue on the invoice.)
3.Onece payment for the redelivery cost is made.
4.Pack the unworn/unwashed/unused item with all its original packaging, your Gopinkpony ID(or your name) and your address.
5.Write down what you want to exchange as well as size and color of item. And it should be enclosed with your returned item.
6.Ship it to the return address below within 7days.
*We don't accept demand for exchange or return due to simply changing your mind. *You can demand exchange or return the item in damages caused by packaging and delivering. *Don't try on the item, if you want to return or exchange it.
