Shipping & Handling

We ship worldwide in standard shipping. If you want to receive items within 5days, please use express shipping that we will charge additional cost for shipping to you.
Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 7-15 business days after receipt of your order(except weekends and holidays). If you did not receive the package within the stipulated time frame, Please contact us immediately.(customer@gopinkpony.com)
  

 

     - Shopping Address       

       Please make sure that the shipping address on file is correct and sufficient. If a package is returned to us or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect/insufficient shipping

       address provided. If you need to change your shipping address after payment is made, Please contact us immediately.

       All items will be shipped within 48hours upon receipt of payment. Shipping costs are determined by your order total weight.

       Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages.

Shipping Execptions

 

Special Locations: Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver.

 

Multiple Shipping Destinations: we cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses.

 

Special Orders: Special orders cannot be shipped to military addresses (APO, FPO). Certain restricted items cannot be shipped to international addresses.

 

Customized/Engraved Items: These items may be shipped only via Standard Shipping and usually arrive within 3-4 weeks. For shipping timeframes on customized items shipped internationally, please contact us when you order.
